Parpool crashes on MacOS Monterey 12.3 on at least 3 Matlab versions (2020b, 2021b, 2022a)

After upgrading to Monterey 12.3, Matlab crashes while trying to start the parallel pool. This happens with all Matlab versions I tried (Matlab 2022a, 2021b, and 2020b) on my M1Pro Macbook Pro 16" with 32GB RAM. Has anyone else experienced the same issue?

This is the error message I get:
