Nodelock license installation on Laptop

I need to know what is the process to install nodelock (Designated Computer) license?

Do I need to create Mathworks package (Matlab, Simulink, etc...)?

Do I need admin right on the Laptop?

Do I need to install Matalb / Simulink?

With Windows 10 or later you will generally need to get admin rights or elevated privileges in order to install any software. Here is a link to license installation options from Mathworks.

To answer some of the other questions:

Yes, you will need to install MATLAB and all applicable toolboxes that are licensed. If you have internet access, then I believe you can use the installer, selecting the appropriate license from the list.
