I can only Run the MatLab software as the local Administrator. In order to install any software on our company Laptops it has to be installed with the local admin account. Now when we try and run the software it keeps asking us to registor the software once more. When I log into the computer with the local admin account the software runs fine. It is against company policy to let Users to log into the computer with admin rights and run software.

Log in as the local user, but Run As Administrator. You should only have to do that once.

The issue has to do with writing the license file with the registration information.

I suspect that there are alternatives involving setting LM_LICENSE related environment variables to point to the license file, or changing the icon to invoke matlab with the -c option (I think it is) to designate the license file.
