How to use excel file as stimuli after building the model i.e. creating .SDF ?

I am trying to find out a way to use a excel data as stimulus to my model, but the catch is, I do not want to build my model again and again as I have to frequently change the test data, is there anyway that I can use the same .sdf file to extract data from the excel file?
