Hermite Quadrature & Polynomial Chaos expansion

Hi.
I am looking for a code to approximate a multivariate function f (x1, x2, x3) with Hermite polynomials.
The purpose is basically to built some proxy for these function using polynomial chaos expansion and evaluate.
