How to activate/deactivate license on Windows7 without admin rights.

On my old XP computer I was able to easily activate and deactivate my matlab license. On my new Windows 7 computer it asks for an administrator password. I do not have an administrator account on the computer, however I was given permission to modify files in the matlab folder in program files. How can I activate and deactivate my matlab license without an administrator password?
