How to use sisotool to get the K and 'c' values for a PI+Lead Controller

My transfer function is
(-4000s+1200000)/(s^2+250s+75000)
I am trying to use sisotool to get the values of c and k for the PI+Lead Controller k(s^2+As+B)/s(s+c)
I have tried for the past 5 hours but am unable to get any value sorted out. Any ideas?
