when ever i use the regionprops command i get the following output...

Warning: These measurements are not supported if ndims(L) > 2.: MajorAxisLength MinorAxisLength Eccentricity
Orientation ConvexHull ConvexImage ConvexArea EulerNumber Extrema EquivDiameter Solidity Extent Perimeter
> In regionprops>NoNDSupport at 1233
  In regionprops>PreprocessRequestedStats at 1256
  In regionprops>InitializeStatStructures at 1193

Hi Gandharv,

As far as I can tell, this means you are calling regionprops with a matrix, L, that is at least 3 dimensional [for instance, L is a 256x256x12 matrix]. This warning is simply telling you that those MajorAxis, Eccentricity, ... properties are not supported when L has more than 2 dimensions.

Best.

Yes, but again in the help documentation [i.e. doc regionprops], for some of the measurements, it says

This property is supported only for 2-D input label matrices.

Best.
