Error in voltage measurement from Generator Bus in 9 bus system

I have developed the 3 machine 9 bus system in simulink. i am using the "Three-Phase Voltage Measurement" block as bus in the 9 bus system. The generator bus is between the synchronous generator and the the transformer. When i try to enable the Voltage measurement option from the bus and run simulink simulation then i am getting a error message as "The Voltage Measurement block 'My_Project/Three-Phase V-I Measurement4' is connected between two isolated networks."
If i don't able to enable the option then how can i measure that bus voltage?
When i set the voltage measurement option in that bus to 'no' then the simulation is ok. Anyone can help me about the reason of this type of error?
