Tab completion sometimes doesn't work

First, tab completion is cool!...

The problems is, when I wrote a function accepting a filename, like this:
function data = load_psc(csvFile)
...
and the tab completion will lose function when I try to call it in the command window:
data = load_psc('<TAB>
it just says "No Completions Found".

But when I'm using like xlsread or some other functions, the tab completion works well.

Did I miss something in my function to support this feature??
