SBML is a file format for describing dynamic models in computational biology. The APM converter allows SBML models to be solved in MATLAB for parameter estimation, dynamic simulation, and optimization. The Biomodels database contains hundreds of curated models that are documented in the literature: http://www.ebi.ac.uk/biomodels-main/ APM MATLAB is used to interface to the SBML models. |
