Hello , I really need help on this

Is there anyone who knows hoe solve this error when you run an example or your own design.

Error in port widths or dimensions. Output port 1 of 'MODELO_STM4/(AU4_a_VC4)4/Recupera_Puntero/ /Reshape' is a one dimensional vector with 1 elements.

The tool is written in Spanish and you can follow it in English.

I guess that the tool can run in 32 and 64 bits machine/matlab.
