The downloaded program SPEC (AS IS) reports, in the instruction, to input "Ag" (the accelerogram) in [g] to have the spectrum Sa in [g]. On the contrary, the input "Ag" should be in [m/s/s] to have the spectrum in [g] without any other modification. Bye, M

The input for ground motion acceleration says the units are "g", but then the output for spectral acceleration is divided by "g". If the output is divided by "g" then the input needs to be m/s/s.
