These files can be used to measure the volume and width of a channel in an MRC file generated from Small Angle X-Ray Scattering (SAXS) data.
The files were used to measure the volume and width of the Hsp104 hexameric channel in various nucleotide bound states as described in the publication:
The Hsp104 N-terminal Domain Enables Disaggregase Plasticity and Potentiation. Sweeny EA, Jackrel ME, Go MS, Sochor MA, Razzo BM, DeSantis ME, Gupta K, and Shorter J. Mol. Cell (under review)
