Ellipse or Hyperbola Sample Points Generation Function
Explanation of parametrs in this function,
"mx" is the center of a pattern in x coordinate.
"my" is the center of a pattern in y coordinate
"a" & "b" are the axes.
"sita" is the rotation angle(radian)
"f" is the pattern-size constant.
The full equation is a((x-mx)*cos(sita)+(y-my)*sin(sita))^2 + b(-(x-mx)*sin(sita)+(y-my)*cos(sita))^2 = f.
The output paramter "SamplePoints" represents the sample points extracted according to the pattern. Each sample point corresponds to each column of "SamplePoints" respectively.
