This code is designed to help in teaching thermal processing of foods, will help the students to analyze different case scenarios, such as: can size, microorganisms, food composition, processing time, cooling time, starting food temperature and so on.
This updated version will create folders, with the can size used and the type of microorganism, this allow students to compare different experiments.
The simulation is carried out using finite difference methods.
