Description :-
Objective of the program is to solve for the steady state voltage distribution of the inside region of a capacitor and then using that to obtain the electrical field distribution in the region inside the capacitor. The capacitor comprises of a region given by x from 0 to 3 units and y from 0 to 2 units in
the coordinate system bounded by two capacitor plates on top and bottom of the region. The region comprises of a material of relative permittivity 1
from y from 0 to 1 units and a material of relative permittivity 4 from y from 0 to 2 units. The capacitor extends indefinitely in the z-direction and the capacitance is computed per unit in the z direction. The sides of the region are given Neumann boundary condition simulating indefinite extension in the sides too. The FEM analysis has Neumann implemented implicitly due to independence of elements in FEM analysis and hence Neumann condition need not be specified explicitly. One of the capacitor plates is excited with a voltage of 1 Volt and other plate is maintained at 0 Volts.
