Connects translational to rotational system;initial conditions problem with pneumatic piston chamber

Converts translational into rotational movement, but has an initial conditions problem when a pneumatic piston chamber is connected. It does not run, but generates an error saying, that there is an initial condition problem with the custom block, mass and inertia.
