It is a new block simulink Phase Loop Control called the PLLVI1.The PLL control is utilized to synthetize frequency or phase control.You set a frequency input signal and VCOVI1,the volt control oscillator block simulink track the frequency input signal.The program has a problem of dimension of an output of an integrator.You can solve that easy.
