Why is the Stateflow Coder license erroneously checked out when I simulate a model with Stateflow charts using Stateflow 5.1.1 (R13SP1)?

The Stateflow coder license should only be checked out when I generate code for my Stateflow charts.

This problem has been fixed in Stateflow 5.1.2 (R13SP1+). There are no known workarounds for Stateflow 5.1.1 (R13SP1).
