The ability to include a java.opts file is not available in MATLAB Compiler.
To work around this issue, you must manually place java.opts in one of the following locations:
1. <mcr_root>/<ver>/bin/<arch> directory, where <mcr_root> is the location where MATLAB Compiler Runtime (MCR) is installed, <ver> is the corresponding version number of the MCR and <arch> is the system architecture string.
2. The directory that the application is started from
Be aware that putting the file in the bin/win32 directory of the MCR affects every application that runs using that MCR.
