How can I download the DO Qualification Kit for MATLAB?

I have the MATLAB DVD but I do not know how to get the installation files for the DO Qualification Kit.

The DO Qualification Kit must be downloaded from your MathWorks account. When choosing your download method, select "Choose products and versions to download". On the next screen, "DO Qualification Kit" should be listed as an available product to download.
