Why am I unable to use the command "doc ss2tf" in MATLAB 6.5 (R13)?

When I type "help ss2tf" at the MATLAB command prompt, MATLAB displays the MATLAB file help for this function. However, SS2TF is nowhere to be found in the MATLAB documentation when I search for it or when I use the command "doc ss2tf".

This enhancement has been incorporated in Release 14 Service Pack 3 (R14SP3). For previous product releases, read below for any possible workarounds:
This is an error within the documentation structure of MATLAB and the Signal Processing Toolbox. Though the function SS2TF is located in $MATLABROOT\toolbox\matlab\polyfun\ss2tf.m, the Help Browser system is looking for that file in the Signal Processing Toolbox directory.
As a workaround, use the online documentation for this function:
