Why are some of my subsystems missing when I generate a report with Simulink Report Generator 1.3 (R13SP1)?

I have a model that has several large subsystems pulled from a library. Each of these subsystems contains smaller subsystems.

I am trying to generate a report that includes an image of every subsystem in my model, but some library subsystems do not show up on the report while others do.

This bug has been fixed for Release 14 (R14). For previous releases, please read below for any possible workarounds:

This has been verified as a bug with finding subsystems inside linked libraries in Simulink Report Generator 1.3 (R13SP1).

The only workaround is to refresh the library links for the subsystems that otherwise do not appear, every time you open the model.
