I have Windows and SolidWorks 64-bit but MATLAB is 32-bit. Which versions should I install SimMechanics?

That won't work. You need either a 32-bit installation of both MATLAB and SolidWorks or a 64-bit installation of both MATLAB and SolidWorks. You can't mix and match between the two. I would suggest doing a 64-bit installation of MATLAB, you can have both a 32-bit and a 64-bit installation of MATLAB on the same machine. You can then link SolidWorks to the 64-bit installation of MATLAB with SimMechanics Link. Use the 64-bit version of SimMechanics Link for R2010a.
