Why are the radio buttons for selecting languages for PolySpace grayed out?

I am trying to start PolySpace. In the PolySpace Language Selection box, I can see "Select a Language" and radio buttons for the languages I installed (PolySpace for C/C++, PolySpace for Ada, etc.). I cannot select a language because they are grayed out.

This issue can occur if the installer is not run with appropriate permissions and cannot install some of the PolySpace components. For example, the PolySpace Common files may have installed, but not the PolySpace for C/C++ or PolySpace for Ada (etc.).

Check the installation folders for each component and log files to see whether or not each component successfully installed.

Our installation guide for PolySpace states that installation requires administrator rights.
