Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator in Simulink

I'm trying to model a Simulink model for a microturbine generator, in which the generator is the permanent magnet synchronous generator. Now, a PMSG needs to start as a motor and reach rated speed after which it operates as generator. The help block for the PM machine in Simulink states that one needs to reverse the torque sign for generator operation, which is what I do.

Can I get an insight on how can I get the PM Machines start as a motor ? If I give the rated speed of the machine as the initial condition inside the block, the speed of the machine drops below rated and settles at a value much lesser then rated.

Is there anyone who has worked with the PM machine in Simulink, especially making it work as a generator with a Torque input. I really appreciate the help :)

goto simulink/SimPowerSystem/Machines and select Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine and goto the block parameters select Torque Tm as Machine input and select any preset model. and give any mechanical input to the Tm terminal of the PMSG and get output from the A,B,C terminals. use turbines for mechanical input to the machine "i'm using wind turbine to give the mechanical input to the machine" its working
