Why do I get a java crash when using Polyspace Help browser?

Polyspace Help browser generates Java error on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.0 operating system

On the Polyspace toolbar, if you click the Help browser button or select "Help>Help", you see the following Java error in the shell window:
/usr/local/Polyspace/PolyspaceForCandCPP_R2013a/sys/jxbrowser/glnxa64/xulrunner/xulrunner-linux-64/libxul.so:
libgio-2.0.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
at java.lang.ClassLoader$NativeLibrary.load(Native Method)
at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadLibrary0(Unknown Source)
at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadLibrary(Unknown Source)
at java.lang.Runtime.load0(Unknown Source)
at java.lang.System.load(Unknown Source)
at com.teamdev.jxbrowser.gecko.xpcom.impl.linux.LinuxMozillaToolkit.c(Unknown Source)
Use one of the following workarounds:
- Access online documentation through your MathWorks account at www.mathworks.com
- Upgrade the operating system of your machine to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.x
- View PDF documentation on the DVD-ROM, from the folder DVD-ROM\Docs
