Why does the same circuits work with Simpowersystems but not with Simscape

I built a circuit with Simscape library as follows:
The compiling error was like this:
However, this circuit worked well when I built it with Simpowersystems. All the parameters are the same in two simulations. Why it did work with Simscape?
