Rack and Pinion, simMechanics Second generation assembly

I have been trying to assemble a rack and pinion mechanism using the second generation toolbox, but I have not had much success. I think my mechanism frames are correctly placed, though I get a constant error about the position violation. I would be thankful if someone could point out what the problem with the model is.
