how to send a digital message to a usb port?

assume a digital message '1001011' have been created in matlab. i want this message signal to be used in one of my circuits. csn i receive this message through a usb port ?

If you mean what most people mean when they ask about this, then No, you cannot. But if you gave more detail about what you are doing and what exactly the output signal needs to be, there might be a way to do it.

actually i want to use some sort of signal as a password so that one of my circuits gets active . so i have decided to make it as '1001011'. whenever i give this signal to my circuit it will work with given inputs but if i do not give this signal then it does not start and it does not give any output for the given inputs. so i want this digital signal.It can be generated by many coding languages but i was told that matlab can provide this signal to me at usb port. hope u understood my problem... if u have any alternative then please provide me with the same
in short i just want 1001011 as my output signal from matlab but the one which i can use in a hardware circuit i.e which i can receive at an port maybe a usb port
