Xlsread function is not working from IIS(Internet Information Services) after building.NET DLL using MATLAB® Builder™ NE

Hi, we are using xlsread to read a csv file. We are using the MATLAB® Builder™ NE to build the dll on mat lab files and which we are referring from the ASP.NET website. During run time we are getting error as "MWMCR::EvaluateFunction error: Error using ==> xlsread at 236 Error using ==> feval Server Creation Failed Access is denied. Unable to read XLS file C: estError in =>HFVaRMatLab.m at 6."

Please let us know if anyone used xlsread and build dll and which used in the ASP.NET. Thanks.
