How can i get reproducibility of the good results in ann matlab?

In ANN we get different outputs after each training. Suppose I get good prediction after 5th training. Now, How Can I reproduce it?
For reproducing the results there are number of threads available on the Newsgroup and almost all tell that ; initialize the random number generator like rng(0)
But it reproduce the worse results. How Can I reproduce the results which I want?
