For modeling a Segmented Pipeline in SimHydraulics, what values should I use as "Static pressure-diameter coefficient" and "Viscoelastic process time constant"?

I am trying to develop a model of a hydraulic system in Simscape. I already have the model of the same system in simulink. When using the segmented pipeline block in order to model compliance(capacitanse) and inertance of a pipeline( I have measured these properties for my simulink model before), it asks me for "Static pressure-diameter coefficient" and "Viscoelastic process time constant". I am not sure how to calculate these two properties from the properties I had before. The help is not clear and there is no formula mentioned there. Any thoughts?
