Find Asymptote of set of values from a sample

I'm plotting simulations of random values versus time, and i would like to know how to find the asymptote value of the plot.

You could use FMINSEARCH or LSQCURVEFIT (if you have it) and then analyze the asymptote of the fitted curve.
