3D interactive image of human hand with accelerometers

 I would like to design a 3D image of a human hand in MATLAB to monitor the movements I make with my fingers with the help of accelerometers placed in my edge of each fingers. I am not sure where to start or what tools I need. Anyone tried an interactive design for human hand before ? any help is appreciated.
