A doubt related to Scal2frq definition.

Hi,
I am starting to work with the wavelets in the acoustic field. By now, I think I understand quite well how they work, but I have a doubt about the scal2frq help.
It defines the relationship between the pseudo-frequency and the scale as: Fa= Fc/a.%delta. Where Fa and Fc are in Hz, a is the scale and delta is the sampling period.
My question is: If delta is the sampling period (1/Hz) and a is adimendional. How is it possible that the Fa is given in Hz?
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
