Issue: Error 0xc000007b when trying to launch Matlab 2012b

Tried:

"Error opening file. IESHIMS.dll not found" - although I can find it in my Internet Explorer folder. Not sure what further steps should be.
"Error: At least one module has an unresolved import due to a missing export function in an implicitly dependent module."
"Error: Modules with different CPU types were found."

what to do?

iam also facing the same issue with error 0xc000007b in 2018b matlab
