how do i get equilibrium equation derivative?

hello i have the following equilibrium equation
((a + y -b*(x+y))^n)*((y/(x+y))^(1-n)) = (a + y -b*((1-y)/3))^n
How do I get "dy/dx" in matlab?
ive tried but i couldnt make it help me plz
