Fuzzy clustering - how do I get quality criteria such as membership values out of the clustering tool?

I used the fuzzy clustering tool. Is it possible to extract the partitions' membership values to the final cluster centers? Or to get further criteria for the cluster validity (Partition Coefficient, Classification Entropy)?
