How can I dock a Figure inside MainGUI Window

I've no idea how this works, I've read a couple of posts and a few of the exchange files, but I just can't manage to get the second window docked in the main GUI, before telling me it can't be done, please read the post number 6 from Yair Altman, also I'm trying to use the setFigDockGroup he mentions afterwards, also I've tried to use setfigdocked from the file exchange.

Despite all my efforts to achieve this task, I just can't accomplish it, I think it's because off all the java stuff needed, and I'm a java noob. If some one would be so kind to tell me, in a straight forward manner, how can I dock a Figure inside a Main GUI Window?
