i want to campare standard image with test image plz suggest me algortihm for it?.at same time it should give me results i.e. defective or correct. this is used for online inspection of mechanical parts i .e. machine vision.

You have to use image processing. What indicates correct or defective? Can you tell us what to look at for the pair of images you uploaded? That is, point to the place on the defective part that indicates to us why it is defective, like it has a chip out of it or something?
