I cant create simulink model for follwng condition pls help me

There are four quantities a,b,c,d then 1)If a>=b and C>=d then increase e 2)If a>=b and C<d then decrease e 3)If a<b and C>=d then decrease e 4)If a<b and C<d then increase e
