How can I set paper size when printing from the Editor?

I frequently use the File > Print command in MATLAB R2012a to print out scripts from the Editor and output from the Command Window; previously, this was always in A4 paper size.

Today, I altered the right-hand text limit line position for the Editor (in File > Preferences... > Editor/Debugger > Display) and now the Editor and Command Window both default to printing at 7.25x10.5" Executive format and my printer needs to be told to 'fit' this to A4.

Page Setup doesn't have a paper size option and I can't find anything relevant in Preferences. I've tried changing the right-hand text limit position back, restarting MATLAB, and resetting the printer preferences in Windows, and it still asks the printer for 7.25x10.5" paper.
