How can exported code from Simulink be compiled into a DLL using Visual Studio?

1 view (last 30 days)
I am able to compile the code exported from Simulink-coder (RTW) into a EXE and it will run. But I want to compile it into a DLL so that I can reference it in a GUI that I want to created. I am able to compiled the code into a DLL but when I try to register it it responds with a No Entry point found. Is there something I have to do to the source code so that it can be recognized as a DLL?

Hi Joseph, Which compiler do you use to compile the exported code? I was able to compile the generated code to DLL but not EXE when using VC++ 2010.

Have you exported the required methods from the code? FYI, you may want to use the Shared Library Target to generate a DLL instead of an EXE directly using Embedded Coder.
