Run user defined simscape blocks in simscape 2.1

1 view (last 30 days)
Hi,
Is there any way to convert user defined simscape blocks written in simscape v3.3 (r2010a) so that they can be run in simscape v2.1 (r2008a), which does not support the simscape language?
Thanks, Walter

I don't think so. Is there any particular why you would want to do that?

Because our partner still uses matlab r2008a and I would like to transfer to them the simscape model I developed in r2010a.

The language was introduced in R2008b, so the best you can do is go back to R2008b, provided you don't use any features of the language that were introduced post-R2008b. Beware also of the language syntax changes that were introduced in R2009a.
