can any one tell me what are all the parameters that can improve road extraction technique

Tons of people have worked on classification of remote sensing images. Many of them think they have the best method. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to evaluate hundreds of papers and select the best one for you to use, as I'm sure you can understand. There are as many ways to do classification as there are papers on it. See the link I gave you, or see just a few methods in my File Exchange: http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/contributors/1343420-image-analyst/answers I can't give you the best way for your images. If you don't want to develop the method yourself and want someone to just pick one for you, then you can hire a consultant or a university.
