Importing multiple excel files - working on them - and saving into another matrix

Hello everyone,

I know this subject has been covered before but I could not understand what actually I need to do. For the part of my project I need to import excel around 400 excel files ranging from "21.xlsx to 440.xlsx" into matlab file. These excel files consist of 2 columns of 100 numbers for each column.

After importing this data I am going to use a formula( which I already have) and will get one single number for each point(i.e each data/excel sheet)

Then I need to create a matrix for each calculation for each data.

How do I do all this?

Please let me know if I wasnt clear on what I am trying to do
