where to clear unwanted MATLAB related files

Hey peeps
I am running COMSOL with MATLAB, and my C: drive went out of memory space. I wonder where to look for those unwanted MATLAB related files that are safe to be deleted?
Help appreciated! THANKS!

You can uninstall old versions you're not using anymore. Look in "Programs and features" in Control Panel.

its not the matter.
I only have one latest version of MATLAB. The thing is, my hard drive went out of memory completely when I ran a .m file thus MATLAB crashed. Now I want to delete any unwanted solution files/recovery files from MATLAB on my hard drive.
I believe there must be a big chunk of files that take up all the memory.
Help appreciated.
regards Liwah
