How can I calculate SNR of a signal in csv file

Hi everybody,
I have little experience with matlab and I need to calculate the signal-to-noise ratio of a signal recorded in csv file from an oscilloscope. My difficulty is in extracting the noise of the main information and then calculate its power. Can someone help me in implementing this code?
